Overview
When an inspection fails, the factory is locked out of shipping and must run a structured CAP: a 5-Whys root-cause analysis and a minimum of two rework evidence uploads, against a live SLA countdown (24h critical / 48h major / 72h minor) before a re-inspection can be requested.
