TQTekscrum QA
Heavy-duty textile QA

The Quality Firewall built for the real world.

Stop paying for factory mistakes.

Managing garment production is a mess of chaotic email threads, ignored tech packs, and manipulated spreadsheets. Tekscrum QA doesn’t just log defects — it physically blocks non-compliant shipments before they ever hit the shipping dock.

Enforcing strict compliance across Brands, Buying Houses, and Factories globally.

The problem

The industry runs on “trust.” That’s why you’re losing money.

If you’re still running bulk apparel QC through random WhatsApp groups and paper checklists, you are flying blind.

BUYERS

Factories claim they “didn’t see” the updated spec sheet.

BUYING HOUSES

Merchandisers waste half their day begging for WIP updates.

FACTORIES

Finished goods rot in the warehouse waiting for an email approval to ship.

We built an inspection management system with hard digital locks to force compliance, protect your margins, and get shipments cleared faster.

The platform

One system. Three jobs done right.

Brands, buying houses, and factories share a single ledger — each with hard locks tuned to their part of the chain.

For Buying HousesFor Buying Houses — Manage brands without the migraines.
01For Buying Houses

Manage brands without the migraines.

Zara wants an AQL of 2.5, H&M wants 1.5. Stop memorising every buyer’s rules. Link specific factories to specific brands and lock in their unique inspection standards automatically.

See Buying House features
  • The WIP Update Hub

Kill the daily email threads. Merchandisers plug in sewing and washing %, hit Publish, and the buyer is updated instantly.

  • Prove your value

Auto-generate COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) reports that show buyers exactly how much money your team saved them.

  • Global scale

Built for local teams and home-textile inspection companies with global coverage.

For BrandsFor Brands — Hard digital locks & compliance.
02For Brands

Hard digital locks & compliance.

No workarounds. No excuses. Upload a new Tech Pack and the factory portal hard-locks — they literally cannot move production sliders until they digitally sign the new document.

See Brand features
  • Live compliance monitoring

Track BSCI, WRAP and SEDEX expiry dates and lock factories out of new POs the moment a cert lapses — before an ethical audit becomes a PR nightmare.

  • The Truth-Machine app

Offline-first and built for factory basements with zero WiFi. Auditors must shoot photos in-app — each watermarked with GPS and timestamp, so audits can’t be faked.

  • The Shipment Kill-Switch

Fail an audit and the QA Release Docket physically locks. Goods cannot be handed to the freight forwarder. Period.

For FactoriesFor Factories — Protect margins & ship faster.
03For Factories

Protect margins & ship faster.

Tight deadlines, last-minute spec changes, unfair chargebacks. We give you a free, frictionless portal to organise your workload and get goods on the boat faster.

See Factory features
  • Fix issues quietly

Use the hidden internal CAP engine. If an inline check fails, manage the rework quietly before the buyer panics.

  • Clear shipping bottlenecks

Your dashboard highlights exactly which POs are lagging — book your pre-shipment inspection instantly.

  • Get paid faster

Pass your AQL inspection and your Release Docket unlocks automatically. No more waiting days for an email approval.

How it works

Four players. One unbroken chain.

Every order moves through the same governed path — and every handoff is locked, timestamped, and visible to the next link.

Green heritage · 100% digital

Stop hoarding paper. Go 100% digital.

The average supply chain prints thousands of QC checklists a month. They get stuffed into a filing cabinet in a damp factory basement and lost forever.

Moving to Tekscrum QA isn’t just about speed — it’s a sustainable, paperless record. Hit your sustainability targets, save a literal forest, and keep every PDF audit report, CAP, and tech pack securely locked in the cloud for as long as your business needs them.

You will never lose an audit to a “misplaced” folder again.

Onboarding

Up and running in 14 days. No IT nightmares.

Most enterprise software takes six months. Supply chains can’t wait that long. We deploy in three simple steps.

01Days 1–3

Map your matrix

Send us your factory list, user roles, and brand rules. We configure the system, set up your AQL standards, and establish your workflows.

02Days 4–10

Equip the floor

We onboard your auditors onto the mobile platform. Hand them a tablet — the app pulls the right PO, tells them how many garments to check, and does all the math.

03Days 11–14

Lock the docks

Factories get their free portal logins. Tech-pack version control goes live. The Shipment Kill-Switch is officially armed. You are now protected.

Risk reversal

The “100% Factory Adoption” Guarantee.

Your biggest fear: “What if my factories just refuse to use it?” We’ve solved that by tying shipping releases directly to the platform — they have to use it to ship. And we take the risk off your shoulders.

If your key vendors fail to adopt the factory portal within 60 days, our success team trains them personally — or we refund your onboarding fee. We don’t get paid unless your supply chain actually uses the tool.

FAQ

Straight answers about textile QC.

The common questions, answered without the marketing fluff.

Honestly, the best software is one your supply chain can’t cheat. Basic apps just log defects. A heavy-duty textile QA system like Tekscrum QA actively blocks non-compliant goods from leaving the factory by tying audit results directly to shipping-release documents.

Easier than you think. To automate your quality inspection process you just hand a tablet to your inspector. Our software pulls the PO, calculates the sample size based on the AQL, and does all the math. The PDF report is on your desk the second they hit finish.

AQL stands for Acceptable Quality Limit — the standard math formula used in AQL garment inspection. An AQL of 2.5 for major defects means a brand accepts at most 2.5% of the sampled batch having a major flaw (like a broken zipper). Detect more than that limit and the whole batch fails.

Finding a mistake when the garment is already folded in a polybag is an expensive disaster. An inline check happens while the sewing machines are still running — catching a stitch error early costs pennies instead of thousands in chargebacks at the end.

A Critical defect means someone could get hurt (a broken needle left in a baby’s shirt) or it violates customs law — the limit is zero. A Major defect means the customer will definitely return the item (a massive oil stain or torn seam).

Stop hoping for quality. Start enforcing it.

Don’t let bad quality rot on the factory floor or ruin your retail deadlines. Get a heavy-duty inspection management system that works the way the industry actually operates.
