Pre-production
Initial Production Check (IPC)
Catch material and component faults before the first stitch — when fixing them still costs pennies.
Pre-production

Overview
An IPC verifies raw materials, trims, and the first off-line units against the approved Tech Pack before bulk production ramps. It's the cheapest place to catch a wrong fabric lot, a mismatched trim, or a measurement drift — long before they're multiplied across the whole order.
What it includes
- Material & trim verification
Fabric lot, color, and components checked against the BOM.
- First-unit measurement
Early POM read to flag pattern or grading drift.
- Tech Pack acknowledgment gate
Production can't advance until the spec is digitally signed.
