Final Random Inspection (FRI)
The AQL gate that decides ship or fail — wired directly to the QA Release Docket.
AQL · Final

Overview
A final random inspection pulls a statistically valid sample from packed goods and runs it against the buyer's AQL limits. Pass and the release docket unlocks automatically; fail and shipping locks until a corrective action plan closes. No email, no negotiation.
What it includes
- ISO 2859 AQL sampling
Critical / Major / Minor limits enforced by the platform.
- Truth Filter
FRI can't even be booked until ≥80% of the order is packed.
- Shipment Kill-Switch
A failed result physically locks the release docket.
